Harbinger collects account information, authentication information, selected metros, strategy preferences, watchlists, report exports, and product usage events.
Billing Metadata
Subscription and billing metadata is processed through Stripe. Harbinger does not store full payment card numbers in the product database.
Neighborhood Data
Harbinger processes public and third-party market data about neighborhoods, permits, planning activity, infrastructure, business formation, rent context, and risk indicators. This is not private personal data about residents.
Diligence Notes
Users may enter notes for investment diligence, watchlist context, or exported reports. These notes are treated as private account content.
Aggregated Improvement
Harbinger may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve scoring, source quality, coverage prioritization, and product experience.
No Sale Of Watchlists
Harbinger does not sell user watchlists, diligence notes, or exported report content.
